Minister: Foreigners buy bulk of Russia’s latest OFZ issues

SOCHI, Feb 14 (PRIME) -- Foreigners accounted for the bulk of buyers of Russia’s OFZ federal bonds at several recent auctions, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told reporters on Thursday.

“The auctions…the major part of participants were foreigners,” he said, adding that the share of foreigners in Russia’s sovereign debt has increased.
